Wait Time Policy
Please consider delays due to baggage claim, immigration, customs etc. (if applicable) when making the reservation.
We offer a 15 minute grace period after the scheduled pickup time, and a 30 minute grace period after flight arrival time (at the airport). We monitor the status of all commercial flights. Once the grace period has elapsed additional fees are charged at the rate of $10.00 for every 15 minutes.
Airport Pickup:
Curbside: Arriving passengers are met at the curbside Airline gates. Our drivers are always standby for your reservation so please give our dispatch a call with your name and the Gate number you are at, and driver can pick you up from the Gate for your convenience.
Baggage Claim: Arriving passengers are met in the baggage claim area. Chauffeurs hold a sign with the client’s name and/or company name prominently displayed. Baggage Assistance is always included. Multi-Flight group arrival coordination is also available. There is additional $10 charge for Baggage claim pickups
